Acupressure, acupuncture and cupping therapies:

Acupressure is a massage-based therapy in which selected points on the body are stimulated without using needles

Acupuncture involves the use of fine needles to stimulate points on the body

Electro-acupuncture involves applying a very low frequency electrical current to the needle/s to increase stimulation

Cupping involves the use of glass cups upon the body to stimulate the movement of energy

A single treatment session may involve one or all of these methods.

For further background information see The British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) website where you also can find a description of a typical treatment.

Pricing: First appointment £40, subsequent treatments £35 (not including FRA).
